The Girl Within Experience

The Girl Within Experience is a gentle morning of inner child healing designed to help you soften, reconnect, and return to the younger parts of yourself with tenderness.

Join us on Sunday, April 26 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Memorial Park for a two-part outdoor healing experience that begins with Inner Child Connection Yoga & Soundbath from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM, followed by Letters to the Girl Within from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, a picnic-style creative social centered on reflection, expression, and self-connection.

During the social, we’ll create a beaded hair barrette, write heartfelt letters, reconnect with the girl within, soothe the heart, and give voice to the words she needed to hear.

This experience is for the woman who is craving a softer way to reconnect with herself through movement, sound healing, creativity, and community.

The full morning experience is $50. Please bring a blanket for the picnic-style portion of the event.
