This experience blends coaching, movement, and nervous system regulation to help integrate emotional awareness into the body.

The experience includes:

• 45–60 minutes of guided coaching and reflection.
• Resentment Release to Boundary Mapping.
• Heart-opening yoga session 
• 15-minute soundbath for integration and grounding.

This is an embodiment-focused experience designed to deepen awareness. All levels are welcome.

Please bring your own yoga mat, a blanket, and any props needed for comfort.
